RYA Level1

Duration: 1.5 Day Course
Times: Sat 9:30-16:30, Sun 13:30 - 16:30

• For all those who have never sailed and want to 'have a go'
• Aimed to get you handling a solo dinghy in light winds
• Achieve a Lake Pass so you can come and practice your skills without an instructor
• Covers skills such as upwind sailing and rigging
• Aims to achieve the RYA Level One Award.

RYA Level 2

Duration: 2 Days (Sat/Sun)
Course Times: 9:30-16:30

• For those holding the RYA Level 1 Award or have a broad knowledge in sailing
• Build on the Level One skills and introduce new elements such as basic racing and sail setting
• Introduction to the RYA Level Two syllabus
• For those with experience in sailing or who have built upon their Level One skills
• Aims to complete the RYA Level Two award.
